• All sales are final as each item is custom and made to order.

Damaged/Defective Items:

• We must be notified within 3 calendar days of you receiving the damaged item. Please email us at shoprubylinn@gmail.com with the following information:
• Your name
• Order number
• Pictures of the defect and packaging
• A full refund or store credit will be given for damaged returns.
